质量管理与科研处（图书馆）

2021年1月，学校在原教学质量管理中心、原科技处的基础上，增加原人力资源处教师发展中心职能，设置质量管理与科研处，与原图书馆合署办公。

质量管理与科研处（图书馆）负责学校质量管理、教师发展、教科研、图书管理工作。负责督查学校教学运行、人才培养方案的落实；负责落实“攀登行动”、高质量发展推进和考核工作；负责教学质量保障、评价、反馈工作；负责教师企业实践、教师培训管理、教师教学竞赛工作；负责科研项目管理、服务和科研成果统计、推广工作；组织开展学术交流活动，承担学术委员会秘书处、科学技术协会、开放与远程教育学会工作；负责学报编辑及出版工作；负责图书文献资源建设和图书流通管理；负责教材采购和发放工作；完成学校交办的其他工作。

In January 2021, based on the original Teaching Quality Management Center and the original Science and Technology Division, NCVC added the functions of the Teacher Development Center of the original Human Resources Division, set up the Quality Management and Scientific Research Division which merged with the Library.

The new division is responsible for the college's quality management, teacher development, teaching and science research, and library management. Responsible for supervising the college's teaching operation and the implementation of talent training plans; responsible for the implementation of Climbing Action, high-quality development promotion and assessment; responsible for teaching quality assurance, evaluation, and feedback; responsible for teacher's practice in enterprises, teacher training management, and teacher teaching competition; responsible for scientific research projects management, service, statistics and promotion of scientific research results; organize academic exchange activities, undertake the affairs of Academic Committee Secretariat, Science and Technology Association, Open and Distance Education Society; responsible for the journal's editing and publishing; responsible for literature resources construction and book circulation management; responsible for the purchase and distribution of textbooks, and so on.
